Quietys designs the anti noise bed
French magazine Capital published a special file: « Enterprise France». This year, the number of firms created has tremendously increased. Thus, the Magazine decided to dedicate a special file to these new entrepreneurs. Among them, Jean-Claude ODENT, Quietys’ creator was interviewed about the inventiveness of his company’s products. Concours Lépine 2009
The “active frame” Sylense®, an innovative product designed and produced by QUIETYS, received a silver medal from the mayor of Paris (Sceau des Nautes argent) during its participation in the innovation contest “Concours Lépine 2009”. Find out more
Prévent’Ouest Nantes 2008
Quietys and Technipoles were awarded two Innovation Prizes at the Prévent’Ouest Nantes 2008 Occupational Health and Safety Conference for their Quietys isolation booth, which uses acoustic absorption technology to create a bubble of silence in noisy environments.
Quietys receives awards at the 2008 Lépine Contest
Quietys received two awards at the Lépine Competition 2008 for its acoustic comfort bubble. One was attributed by the Ministry of Defense, the other by the Ministry of Artisan Businesses, SMEs, Tourism and Services.
Expanding the team
QUIETYS expands its team with key expertise:
- R&D engineer, PhD graduate with a degree from the School of Mechanics, Energy, Civil Engineering and Acoustics (MEGA), specialized in active control.

Patents filed
Following collaborative research and development efforts between Quietys and specialized scientific and technical laboratories, several patents and trademarks were filed for the Quietys anti-noise controller.
A remarkable installation for an industrial company
The results observed by an industrial company with the Quietys enclosure are compelling. The enclosure installed on a high-flow air extractor reduced sound output by 23 dB(A), eliminating rumbling, recurrent and piercing noise throughout the workshop. In this case, residual sound was reduced to a level below the workshop’s background sound level and is in compliance with regulatory constraints.
